I thought it would be helpful to create a resource page that you can always come to for all of your weight loss needs. I’ll add to it as I learn more, but you’ll notice that in the future I will reference this page quite often. I recommend bookmarking it for your convenience and easy reference. Enjoy!

  • The Cause of Obesity: I think this video is must watch by everyone. Dr. Robert H. Lustig fully explains his theory on the cause of obesity. “More Insulin, More Fat, Period.”
  • The Food Revolution: Three times more obesity in less than one generation!
  • Low Carb Explained: Dr. Mary Vernon says, “Starch and sugars are everywhere, that’s what the food companies want to sell. Later on, I figured out they wanted to sell it because it makes you hungry and then you eat more”.
  • Sugar: The Bitter Truth: Dr. Robert H. Lustig recommends:
    • Get Rid of all sugared liquids – only water and milk
    • Eat your carbohydrates with fiber
