Here are some of the effects that you will be able to experience when you regularly eat this amazing fruit:

Avocados are rich in monounsaturated fat. This means that eating sufficient amounts of this fruit can replace or get rid of the saturated fats that could lead to serious health problems. This fruit also aids in lowering the cholesterol found in the blood.

As we all go on with our daily tasks, we also do certain unavoidable damage to our tissues.

The folate found in avocado helps in promoting tissue repair and development.

For women who are pregnant, eating avocado can provide a lot of positive effects because folate also promotes proper cell development.

The potassium that this fruit contains also improves the performance of the organs within the body.

In effect, your overall mental and physical ability will be heighten.

It also contains a natural pigment or carotenoid that is called lutein.

Do not be hesitant to eat this fruit despite the avocado calories (yes, the calories are high, approx. 275 calories for a medium sized avocado) but these are actually good for the body.
